Support staff cannot remove a self-exclusion or shorten a time-out early. Those cooling-off periods exist specifically so a bad night at the tables cannot undo the safeguard the next morning.

Chasing losses, borrowing money to keep playing, hiding deposit amounts from a partner or family member, or feeling irritable when you try to stop are common signs that play has moved past entertainment.
