How Bizzo Protects Your Data
A plain-language look at what we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep your Interac, card and crypto details safe.
Bizzo Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 28, 2026
This page explains, in plain terms, what personal and payment information Bizzo collects from Canadian players, how that data is stored, and what control you have over it. It goes beyond a summary: it covers cookies, device fingerprinting, payment data handling and the account security steps we ask you to take.
What information we collect
When you register at Bizzo we ask for your name, date of birth, email address, phone number and residential address. We need this to confirm you are 19 or older and located in a province where you can legally play. During identity verification we may ask for a government-issued photo ID and a recent utility bill or bank statement. We keep copies of these documents for as long as your account is active, plus any additional period required to meet anti-fraud and financial record obligations.
We also collect information automatically: your IP address, browser type, device model, operating system and the pages you visit on the site. This helps us detect unusual login patterns, block bots, and make sure the site renders properly on your phone or desktop.
Payment data: Interac, cards and crypto
Bizzo supports Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin and iDebit. For Interac and card transactions, we work with regulated payment processors who handle the actual transfer of funds. We do not store your full card number or online banking password on our servers. Processors pass us only the confirmation data needed to credit your CAD balance and to reconcile the transaction if a dispute arises.
Crypto deposits and withdrawals are recorded on the relevant public blockchain (Bitcoin, Ethereum or Litecoin). We store the wallet address you use and the transaction hash, but we do not have access to your private keys. Because blockchain transactions are visible on public ledgers, we recommend using a wallet you control and keeping your seed phrase offline.
Cookies and tracking
Bizzo uses three categories of cookies. Essential cookies keep you logged in and remember your CAD balance display settings, and the site will not function properly without them. Analytics cookies tell us which games and pages are popular, so we can improve loading speed and layout. Marketing cookies, which you can decline, are used to measure the performance of promotional emails and ads and to avoid showing you the same welcome offer twice.
You can manage cookie preferences through the banner shown on your first visit, or later through your browser settings. Turning off analytics and marketing cookies will not affect your ability to deposit, play or withdraw.
Account security: what we do, what we ask of you
Passwords are stored in hashed form, which means our own staff cannot read them. We support two-factor authentication for login and for withdrawal requests over a threshold set in your account settings, and we strongly recommend turning it on. We also monitor for logins from unfamiliar devices or locations and may pause an account until you confirm it is really you.
- Use a password you have not reused on another site
- Enable two-factor authentication in your account settings
- Never share your one-time login codes, even with someone claiming to be Bizzo support
- Log out on shared or public devices, including library or hotel computers
- Set a spending or session reminder if you play often, available under account limits
Who sees your data
We share personal data only with parties who need it to run the service: payment processors, identity verification providers, fraud prevention services and, where legally required, financial regulators or law enforcement. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers. Game providers such as Pragmatic Play and Evolution Gaming receive only the gameplay data needed to run a session, such as bet size and outcome, not your banking details.
How long we keep your data
Account and transaction records are kept for the period required under applicable financial recordkeeping standards, typically several years after account closure. If you close your Bizzo account, marketing communications stop immediately, but transaction history may be retained for audit and dispute purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to send you a copy of the personal data we hold, correct inaccurate details, or close your account. Requests can be sent through the contact form linked in the site footer. We aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe and may ask you to verify your identity first, so we don't hand your data to someone impersonating you.
The entity behind this policy
This privacy policy is issued by the operator of Bizzo. The registered company name behind Bizzo, along with its registration details, is published in the site footer. Please confirm those details there before submitting sensitive documents, and contact support if anything looks unclear.
